1 Introduction

2 Account Registration

All bonuses offered by Coin Casino are subject to a wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific promotion) unless the individual promotion states otherwise. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry if the wagering requirement has not been met.
Bonuses are for use on eligible games only. Slots generally contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), video poker, and live dealer games may contribute a reduced percentage (typically 10%) or zero percent. The specific contribution rates for each game type are displayed in the bonus terms at the point of claiming. Jackpot slots may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.
Maximum bet limits apply while playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount (typically C$5 per spin or C$10 per hand) while a bonus is active constitutes a violation of our bonus policy and may result in bonus cancellation without notice. This rule exists to prevent strategic abuse of bonus structures and applies regardless of the game outcome.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to: using software to automate gameplay, collusion between players, exploiting errors or system glitches, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any form of arbitrage betting, will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and possible permanent closure. We reserve the right to withhold payment from any account where we reasonably suspect systematic bonus abuse, pending investigation.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances. The minimum deposit is C$20. Deposits are generally processed instantly or within minutes, depending on the payment method selected. We do not charge fees on standard deposits, however your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours following successful KYC verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at the time of any withdrawal request. Under our anti-money laundering obligations, withdrawals must generally be returned to the original deposit method. Where this is not possible (e.g. a prepaid card), we will arrange an alternative payment method at our discretion.

7 Intellectual Property
All content on Coin Casino — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, software, and game interfaces — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 8 Limitation of Liability

10 Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, where Coin Casino holds its gaming licence (MGA/CRP/7823/2025). By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled by alternative means.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the applicable laws of your country of residence where those laws cannot be contractually excluded.
